Less pay but worth the lessened stress of most other agencies in community health with higher client caseloads

There is truly a flexibility to your working hours. Those in the office are able to work a hybrid schedule and can essentially set the time they come into the office to work for their schedule. Additionally, you're treated like an adult. As long as you are able to get your work done in a quality manner, there isn't constant micromanaging. However, leadership is willing to help out where needed.

As with any human services/nonprofit job, the pay isn't a lot. However, it's not the worst and you're guaranteed 40 hours regardless of no shows. And the work is high stress, but that's the nature of the field.
