      Pros

      Good leadership, Good team sport. Flexible work hours and permanent work from home. Gave me freedom to code anywhere and got full ownership of things I do. Got Claude code subs 😉.. no leave policy and lot more… Overall enjoying it here..

      Cons

      Sometimes during releases you get burnt off and sometimes you feel the pressure. That’s part of the job. You work well, you get what you want. That’s a pro and a con as well.

      Pros

      Everstage is amazing! The product is great, team is incredibly smart and passionate, and everyone truly cares about the success of the company. The Executive team paints a clear vision for growth and is transparent about our progress of getting there. The financial outlook of the company is amazing and the technology is far better than the competitors that have been in the market for much longer. I love working here!
