Management is run by stale people who are in a self made elitist group . They will not address huge issues that are vital to a company. They allow “Leads ”to talk down, belittle, create hostile environments for Al employees regardless of how many people have come forward, logged issues with HR, have quite because of the same employee. They do not and will not review issues brought to HR to be investigated. They stunt growth of any kind due to all other employees because of the blatant disregard to acknowledge these same issues that have been happening for years.
