» Over-promised and painfully under-delivered on company culture
» Managers have very little, or no, leadership training
» Favoritism is brutal here
» If you enforce your work/life boundaries, you'll be subtly punished for it: projects are taken from you at random, you'll be assigned to less important things, etc.
» Exponentially increasing goals will cause burnout, guaranteed
» The company has been promising for years that they'll "hire enough people to lighten the load on everyone," but as the workforce grows, so do those exponentially increasing goals, resulting in more work for everyone
» Those at the top only listen to, and take action on, things that make them/the company *seem* good
» Some managers will actively undermine you so that you don't progress
» No transparency from the leadership team, and as the company has gotten larger, this has gotten way worse
