As a growing and fast-moving organization, we know there are things we can do better. Creating and encouraging a fair life-work balance for our employees is a priority for Everly Health. In 2022, we are hiring extensively to grow and scale our business - giving us more teammates to support our growth and enable our teammates to have a better work/life balance.
We also strive to provide a positive workplace that allows employees the opportunity to grow, develop and learn from mistakes. We recognize that consistent feedback and support from leadership is key to providing this type of culture. At Everly we use feedback opportunities such as regular performance discussions, peer feedback surveys, employee engagement surveys, and DEI surveys all twice per year, and exit interviews to regularly gather feedback on areas where we can continue to improve.
