      Pros

      Fast pace, fantastic culture environment. Everlight is all about growth, not only for the company as a whole, but for their employees as well. Personal development is huge here and Everlight really wants to see their employees happy and successful. There is so much opportunity to advance and I have always felt valued working at Everlight. Everyone is like-minded and have made many friends working here.

      Cons

      Everlight Solar is a family company but they do require long and very late night hours if your in sales. Very little time to spend with your own family and friends. If your kid has a soccer game every Saturday morning, you're missing it. There can be a lot of hours after you have "clocked out" for the day.

      Pros

      Full-time -- remote. The leads are great at working with your schedule if you have kids. Easy structure, tons of resources. It's hard to fail like you really have to not try. It's an open-book test basically and if you need a resource, the leads are quick to provide it. Team is like a family, 10/10 recommended

      Cons

      You deal with angry customers but the team does a great job at keeping you focused and positive about the situation. Pay could be better

      - Lack of communication and follow-through - Doesn't support individual thought - Low pay - Unique work environment
