Business is at a stage that needs a lot of hard work, but recent org changes have significantly improved how work gets done across timezones.

Being in a position to leverage technology to change the world for the better. Constantly learning and growing.

Long hours some days working across time zones but it's up to us to manage as efficiently as possible so good flexibility. I gave work-life balance 3 stars, but I would say it's likely better than average overall.
