Some clubs seem to be decent and given attention One or two senior management seem okay
Cons
Lack of standards and integrity across the board from HR through to Area Managers. Having to work 6am starts which is not in line with the rest of the industry. High turnover of staff Lack of sensible processes in the work. Only care about sales numbers Pay is not great
