Management is dishonest. They deny straight evidence that is provided thru screen sharing or screenshots. They commit time fraud and due to the arbitration agreement you sign, you basically can’t sue them. They have already changed their name to Everise due to lawsuits. Team Leaders are no where near qualified to be in those positions, have no team building or rapport building skills, are non existent, and have no real world tech knowledge and are definitely not client centered. You will be cheated out of time and money and when you are an adult with a household and life, one can’t afford to waste precious time when you could excel mentally, emotionally, and physically elsewhere. They will degrade you and humiliate you and make you feel like garbage even if you’re really good at your job. they do not care about you or your livelihood. they will shuffle you around from job to job to job without notice. things change from moment to moment there. you could go through three supervisors in the same day and they don’t know who you are, your schedule and due to the agreement that you signed when you got hired, being at will, you can basically take it or leave it.
