Pros
I was Garrison Technology pre-aquisition by Everfox + The best job I've ever had + Great managers, super friendly and patient + Given lots of time to learn + Relaxed work culture, feels like a place you want to be + Wonderful people, made some friends here + Flat structure
Cons
One negative but it is a monumental one. Pay negotiations are a mine field and can jeopardise your place there. Managers that may have been excellent to work for, for several years can quickly show very questionable morals when pay is brought up unfortunately. And may likely paint you as a target for removal should you want to negotiate even modest raises. Expectation is to put your head down and don't ask questions about pay. But other than that, it was a great place to work and one could argue worth the compromise with pay.
