Pros
Some of the people I worked with were nice but they seemed to be in bed with one or more managers. Managers gave high personal preference to some of the laziest or most unprofessional employees. They made it seem many would be laid off but they retained many. They retained those that needed a lot of help or did poor work, who haven't appeared at the office for a whole year, or who were crass, rude, racist, or sexist at work. All this was turned a blind eye on and they were retained while others were let go without any severance pay or any type of transitional pay.
Cons
ECS isn't taking care of the employees that have been loyal to their company. Everything is fake. Lack of communication and lack of respect for their employees. No severance or transitional pay. Hopefully this review gets posted because you know they're deleting the reviews!
