I can't think of any benfits other than I have learned the importance of a paper trail. Unfortunately not till after I lost hundreds of dollars due to their fraudulent practices.
Cons
- zero transparency, they will trick you when they can benefit from it
-fruadulent, they will not pay you your actual salary/rate
