Great people and culture, everyone works a hard and is good at their job

Things happen quickly and everyone is expected to be pitch in for things outside their job description, not a con, but not for everyone

The team is incredible, kind, and diverse. It's easy to work with everyone - junior and senior - and every day that you are in the office will feel like a breeze!

No work hours - you will be expected to go above and beyond, and still remain disposable. Ton of favoritism - very difficult to tolerate IRL. The co-founder is very hot and cold, and her team is the one that has the employee highest turnover rate - the oldest member is a college grad, and has been there a little over 1 year. You could feel insecure about your job any given day of the week. Your success depends entirely on how much your manager is willing to defend you to the founders when you make an error - their appetite for mistakes is negligible. You will be reminded of past errors over and over again, especially when you seek support.
