The founders presented themselves as fair, open-minded, people-oriented, and logical; however, the actual working environment did not reflect these qualities. It feels as though the founders are more willing to place blind faith in unproven external leaders to somehow rescue the company rather than investing in or believing in the people who have been there building it all along.
