I worked there for one year. I was released last week due to a billing error which I was willing to fix. Long story short the company made $4000 on the job but was upset they had to pay out $1000 to keep customer happy. I worked in scoreboards division, I was always trying to keep the customer happy and gain repeat business. I gave 2 schools free $100 external horns for their scoreboards. They were upset that the horns werent included, the company cut them out to save money. I was also told by senior management to lower my expectations. I lost all interest in the company after that conversation.

Good benefits, flexible work schedule, lots of team activities, great customers.

Cons

I don't have anything on the downside.

Pros

There is a lot of room to work on projects at your own pace.

Cons

There is not a lot of oversight, I went weeks without check-ins. Many of the assembly workers are not happy, which leads to some friction.
