      You, as an individual, have value. People come first and there is flexibility in how you want to approach a new project and how to collaborate with your stakeholders. Many seniors surround you and your peer respects you.

      Cons

      Working with a team that is spread worldwide makes finding meeting timeslots a bit challenging.

      The only con is the surprise Company-wide layoffs that ended my employment with them.

      Pros

      So I will say the product itself is cool, and varied with strong tie ins.

      Cons

      Please believe the reviews. This place is an absolute mess. Product goes down quite a bit, nothing works the way they say it will. There is 0 culture here. I made a terrible error coming here. I thought my experience would be different than the reviews.
