Pros
*Note: I've worked there before the merge with G2. So things might have changed since then* I've been working in EverC for almost 4 years. This is a great place to develop your skills as a mid-junior analyst. People are nice and patient. HR management is relatively very humane to other HR departments that I've been managed by, and there are always nice benefits and treats. Great work-life balance. The pay is not bad, but not great either.
Cons

So things might have changed since then* *The management has an issue with keeping talented people but it might be a budget thing. *They choose the wrong people to manage - some are very bad managers professionally, and unfortunately also not very good humans. They fall for people who talk a lot, and they seem like they're actually doing something. *They didn't adjust themselves fast enough through the AI revolution and the R&D department is mainly filling up holes, rather than solve the actualy problem. *They have budgets per each department for internal development, but they didnt do anything with it and that's unfortunate.
