Pros
Good amount of shifts even during not so busy season. Flexibility to work when you want to. Online scheduling.
Cons
Management is only nice when you benefit the company. If you make a mistake or if you get a bad report from a client they will not inform you how to rectify it they will actually not even bother speaking to you about it they just limit the events you are able to view and shifts you can pick up. They do not have your back if a client lies or treats you poorly. Also the pay is lower than it should be for the amount of work you have to do and adapt to different styles of events every time.
