As a Facillitator you can not work more than 7 times a month. You also get hired for the day that company wants you and then you are off again till next time. You don't know how many times you are going to work each month and you don't know when they are going to call you , what day and time they want you for an event. You are not bound to answer yes in every call but the less you can the less you recieve a call for an event.

They provide opportunity t grow as a worker. We are able to go to different places because of the destination weddings.

During the andemic, the gatherings were affected. Therefore there were only a few events.
