      Good benefits -- free movies, huge discounts on food, discounts at Rydges Hotels.

      Cons

      Little to no regard for work/life balance. I was often rostered to work more than 5 days in a row. Very underpaid for the effort you are expected to put in.

      Cons

      - Shift rostering (not many people working when needed to save money) - Cancelled shifts last minute (as casual) - No weekend pay - Shortened shifts all the time
