      Cons

      - Less-than-stellar compensation compared to competitor management consulting employers - "Casual" approach to internal management; things fall through the cracks or languish - Dull or monotonous client work; lack of excitement and diversity in terms of the clients available to work with for staffed consultants

      Pros

      They are passionate about changing the work environment to help clients be more productive, more engaged, and to achieve goals. Evans puts the whole person into the picture of mission-critical tasks, helping to align perspectives, find common ground, and make real, lasting change.

      Cons

      Smaller firm with amazing staff - it's always a treat to have an "Evans person" on staff!

      Pros

      excellent company culture and really makes an effort to be transparent about most business decisions. Great owners as well, very approachable leadership.

      Cons

      Slow growth and pay is not what I would consider competitive at a more junior level at least.
