Cons
1. Very limited growth opportunity. Companies only outsource work below a certain level of complexity/expertise. After 2 years there is little to learn, and it becomes a shallow, monotonous job. 2. As a result, attrition rate is high. Compensation and work-life balance is poor and they don't really care if you leave, because there are always fresh graduates to replace you. 3. As a result, the middle management is incompetent. Most of them got promoted because they were the only senior people remaining. 4. Most tasks are too simple to make good use of your educational background. If you pursue an engineering job afterwards, there is little relevant experience to carry over.
