      Nice modern office building Employees have lots of autonomy Made to feel like ideas are values Good health benefits Direct communication with upper management

      Cons

      Only disadvantage is small team but that’s not really a con if you like working on your own and don’t need a lot of interaction. Pros definitely outweigh the cons!

      Amazing place to work! The management staff is great and are very receptive to feedback. Really good hours and even better benefits with enough growth opportunities to form a long-lasting career. I love this place!

      Remote work is available with some travel

      Cons

      -Management style is severe micromanagement. No trust within employees or the team - Not allowed to collaborate with other team members - Minimal vacation pay - Compensation is fair- but could do better - All the right words are said, but never practiced. * *Fire employees for speaking up about management - Have to be a “yes man” in order to succeed and be respected
