Pros

Very inclusive and friendly staff who are always willing to help you! Very flexible work that you have the freedom to take your own initiative! Great cause, you learn A LOT throughout the process if international development is your thing,

Cons

Not a whole lot, you will definitely learn more if you are a self-starter that has the passion for initiation and courage to ask for extras.

Pros

Creative freedom to design and organize projects. Welcoming and inclusive environment with supportive staff. International experience, working directly with staff around the world. I always felt like I was doing meaningful work that was directly helping advance the organization's mission and benefiting the people we served. Dynamic projects that were always changing and growing. I also got to attend conferences and presentations specific to my study interests for free.

Cons

I had to self-teach myself some aspects of the job because the job is seasonal and I had to pick up where someone else had left off
