Some very talented people work there.
Cons
Often badly led from the top. In the 3 years I was there I saw talented people passed up for promotion due to being indispensable. I saw people doing jobs they seemed to be totally unsuited for.

Pros
Fantastic culture and a really clear vision for the future. Its not just a job, there is a real sense of family values in this company. Open to new ideas and very focused on personal development. A great place to work with some fantastic benefits
Cons
Relatively long commute from home but the hybrid policy coupled with exec team understanding, this is not a big issue.
