Pros

It is a great company to work for with good benefits. You have flexible working hours and increased health benefits.

Cons

Flexible working hours still means an average of 40-50hrs work per week. Senior managers are incompetent and ego driven, very clique like and also playing favourites with some people and stressing others. If you are a high performer, you do not get compensated well - instead your targets will become double with no further incentive for you. The result, burn out of their staff. The office has no plants and you are not allowed to eat hot food. Recently, more and more lower paid graduates are hired and true talents are leaving steadfastly. My team churned 8 people in 12 months. That’s how it is. Senior Managers are very rude and critical, leaving staff on eggshells at all times. If you travel, you have to expense out of your own pocket and the reimbursement follows in 4 weeks. This is a disgrace when you are already underpaid and have to fork out hotels and travel.
