-Everyone plays the blame game and isn’t accountable for their actions. -Don’t come here if you want to make money and be able to afford anything. Lack of pay for high stress environment = high employee turn over. -Has started this idea of “reducing manpower” by decreasing employees and purchasing automated machines and by limiting overtime, yet wants to increase work volume by 25%. Who will fix that machine when it breaks? Your one employee now left in that department who is so busy they can’t fix it? -Upper management does not have your back because they don’t care and don’t value your opinion unless you threaten to leave. -Too many chiefs and not enough Indians in this company. -Value of clients is put over the employee causing poor work/life balance.
