Pros
I worked with a lot of great people. I had a great mentor that taught me as much as possible. I also had the ability to work in multiple departments
Cons
I worked at QC labs until they were purchased by Eurofins. Eurofins then shut down 3/5 of the departments at our facility and relocated everything to Lancaster. No relocation assistance or an increase in pay was offered to employees. The company does not care about employees. you are expected to work 7 days a week and given a low pay.
