•Absolutely terrible management. People don't leave because of the work; people leave because of management. • No direction what's so ever. You have to find all of the answers yourself. But if you mess up all the blame is put onto you as the analyst •No space: no office space space as everything is shared and no laboratory space to work •No room for growth or making mistakes. It's a double edge sword • LOW PAY •You may have to work a 12-15 hour shift just to get things out on time. And you don't have a choice • Terrible work/life balance.
