Pros
Lots of places to eat nearby. Overall people are relatively nice. They value the work/life balance
Cons
While I was there my coworkers in my department were civil and nice however there is very little interaction beyond that. By the end of it I was only talked to if it was work related. They did not talk to me about any problems that may have existed when I was laid off and did not always provide any feedback, good or bad. Not the best work atmosphere as some departments were overworked and others were disorganized. If the Product development team was having any issues at all, it Domino-ed into all departments as it became there problems too. Salary was not competitive however was reasonable for a junior in any department. A lot of miscommunication between departments and projects. Multiple people coming in and out from jobs there. On average they were losing one person every 3 weeks whether it be through a person being fired/laid off or leaving on their own accord. A lot of people work late and don't get paid overtime for it.
