Pros

Great people (individually) Great salary (for a reason- you do pay for it!) Good Health insurance CEO and President- even thought it is frustrating for some people because they are very involved, they are bright and knowledgeable.

Cons

There is a reason I am taking all this time writing this review- I don't want anybody else to make the same mistake I made. Here are some Cons: No work-life balance and I mean it. Forget about spending time with family, friends, doing your favorite hobbies. This will only work if you are a workaholic- . Please don't take this lightly. Culture- the senior management (most of them) have a 24/7 mentality, they like to micromanage and they are not receptive to change (even when they say they are) that equals a very stressful and frustrating environment. Because they have the 24/7 mentality they expect you to be the same way. One of the characteristics of a bad manager... People are treated like bodies/machines, not as humans- This is very sad! There is not one person I know from there that is happy working there; not one. Please believe all the bad reviews you see here. They are true. They may tell you differently because they need the bodies but it is not a good place to work at.

Pros

Great benefits, free b'fast on Fridays, interesting work

Cons

HIGH stress, no respect. Churn and burn environment. Privately owned so there is no accountability. Most of the upper management is not as competent as the lower level employees. Although the company is growing very fast, it is getting harder to recruit qualified personnel because of the bad reputation of the company. Product development is intriguing, but in the end, the products are "disposable" and not high quality. No quality of life or work/life balance in most departments. Management has hired outside consultants to assist in growth, but the treatment of employees has not changed. If you are a good politician, you will do well at Euro-Pro. It's a 24/7 job. Don't even think about turning off your phone or leaving your computer at work. The medical benefit package is very generous, which is good because you'll need it. Very few career growth opportunities.
