Sometimes there's career progression buy normally it's poor people being managed up and out rather than people who deserve it. If your face doesn't fit you won't get promoted
Cons
Micromanaging at all levels by people who have never done the job. Pay disparity with the same job title is too great. Change bonus targets without telling, not online with company values
