Easy going environment nobody's really on top of you micromanaging which is good

There is no room for growth I declined the deli position because it wasn't paying enough I am capable to do other positions positions opened up and I was told by my manager that since I denied the job offer their originally gave me I cannot really apply for other jobs so you thought I was going to be a deli girl for the rest of my life and not advance in better opportunities I'm confused that expectation is ridiculous to say the least . I do have most experience in the building herewise even from your chef manager and they expect me to work and make the least money That's not how that works if I have experience I should get paid for it and I hope CEO sees this so he can proper adjustments in his staff I'm talking about Apple management stuff like district managers etc I also ask for recommendation letter I was told okay at the beginning and all of a sudden it's becoming a problem so I'm not sure if I like this company
