      Creative expression, No nights/weekends/holidays which is a Godsend in the culinary industry, ability to grow great relationship with team members and guests

      No support from higher-ups, unrealistic workload expectations, unrealistic budgeting expectations, no real Work-life Balance

      Comprehensive benefits package. Work-life balance is improved. Above-average market salary offering

      Cons

      Poorly drafted union labor agreement. Outdated and poorly vetted recipes taken from the company recipe database called Webtrition. Top-level management for the account sits outside of California and and far away from the client.
