      Pros

      Structured hours, steady pay, decent benefits. These are the only pros that I can give. Horrible demanding job.

      Cons

      Negative management, too much of a workload for low wages. High expectations and no teamwork whatsoever. No room for growth or advancement.

      Comprehensive benefits package. Work-life balance is improved. Above-average market salary offering

      Cons

      Poorly drafted union labor agreement. Outdated and poorly vetted recipes taken from the company recipe database called Webtrition. Top-level management for the account sits outside of California and and far away from the client.
