Pros
Due to their great turnover, often the only employer in the area who can get you that first job. Be supportive to your fellow long term employees but don't be a wallflower with the customers, these service jobs are great opportunities for humble people to be recognized and re-hired by people they come in contact with.
Cons
None specifically to the job... pulling trash and cleaning bathrooms is noble and necessary work. and the near minimum wage it yields says more about the sad state of society than big contract employers like Eurest.
