Low pay (bare minimum) and unsupportive management - Behavior Therapist Eureka Learning Centre Employee Review

1. Low pay like bare minimum. 2. No bonuses. 3. Just pure business, not much care with the therapists. 4. Not using proper equipment in running therapy sessions. 5. Very hard to talk to the management. 6. Very slow career progression. 7. People only stay cause of the 1 year contract or else you have to pay for your training fee which looks and sounds illegal but they have to do it so people would stay. 8. No job security. 9. High turnover rate.
