Cons
Lack of yearly salary increases based on performance, no policy for increase in vacation days, everybody gets basic 2 weeks, no sick or personal days, no bonuses, salaries are lower than industry standard, expected to perform extra work for no immediate reward, horrible health insurance plan. This place is very micromanaged. The president expects to be blank copied on every email and gets involved in everything. No trust in staff. There is no room for advancement. Feeling of being over worked while under paid.
