      Pros

      One or two interesting projects which have really crazy and unrealistic deadlines. Rest are all in house projects which are never ending.

      Cons

      Where should i start from anyways, not at all employee friendly its all about the directors and their rules as its their company. You are a slave here with zero personal life. Zero management skills in this company it all depends on madam S mood.

      Pros

      Excellent multidisciplinary design opportunities especially for architects looking for work outside the mundane construction firms. Your design voice is genuinely heard and you learn a great deal with every project you work on. A young dynamic team of lovely eumans from diverse backgrounds that keep the excitement high

      Cons

      Not a con really but commute can get difficult for people staying far from the city.
