Pros
- they have a professional appearance
- the core employees appear to be friendly
- they offer teaching materials to trainers
- they offer professional training for free
Cons
- as an entry-level trainer, they presented my students with a fictional CV, in order to make me seem more experienced and therefore more trustworthy and professional. They actually motivated it like this.
-I was presented with scanned copies of the textbooks (occasionally bad scans) not long before my first course. I asked for help in choosing appropriate lessons, since I didn't have a lot of time to check out the textbooks and was new at teaching adult groups, especially as they were all at different levels of language and in different professional areas. I was told to "choose whatever seemed more appropriate".
- my contact in the company encouraged me to send my students a pirated version of an audiobook. That is NOT alright. It's illegal.
- low pay
