      Pros

      Tremendous culture of performance and collegiality - it's a wonderful place to work and unlike anywhere I've ever been. The warmth here and the passion for what we do makes it a joy to come to work everyday.

      Pros

      cool culture flexible work arrangements, decent pay, cool work.

      Cons

      outsourcing everything they can, selling all they can for parts, its a sinking ship of a company. keep in mind that they spend more on labor in Mexico city than in USA! What a sham! should be taken off US Stock exchange for that! Loosing users at a steady rate year of year. I'd avoid. no growth opportunity. Not brand vision.
