Enjoyable work, and relatively flexible job. The people for most part were nice.

This place was unorganized. No real structure. They had the Controller doing her job plus payroll, and acting as HR Director. The Controller was very difficult to work with. I called her bi polar because one day she would be nice and the next day she would be mean, disrespectful, condescending and had no patience or true leadership skills. The other workers were relatively easy to deal with but since Controller held the purse strings they would tolerate her and try to get along. Also company has most blacks in low end jobs. While they start other races at higher pay,and job titles. Unless of course if you're buddies with the Controller then you will get fair wage otherwise join the low wage and impoverished if you are black and hired off street.
