Long list: 1. You have to work at least 10 hours a day 2. You have to record and present each and every minute, what you did 3. You can log a maximum of 8 hours even if you work 12/14/24 hours 4. Your treatment will be similar to that of a worker 5. Shouting to your juniors will earn you appreciation and promotion 6. In one month, you might win an award for best employee and then get fired 7. You'll be fired without any warning and have to leave immediately 8. It is impossible to plan for the weekend or the festival, as you will be asked to work anytime 9. You should be careful with seniors ("Ethosh family"), don't even think about complaining about them 10. Be careful, they will hire you as a developer and fire you because you aren't good at testing.
