      Pros

      No weekends, Lots of fun playing at work.

      Cons

      Based off of week 1. Day 1&2 Complete paperwork and zoom meetings. Day 3- finish HIPPA class, 1 1/2 (maybe) of training. Day 4 left by myself for 3 plus hours to stare and read a pamphlet. Then trying to train 3 of us at one time. While other employees are slinging little rubber chickens at each other. Day 4 spent some of the day training, some I waited on meetings to be over. Day 5, was told " I don't have enough time to train you" Also, 3 hired at one time 2 hired at 18 one at 17. Only 1 had experience.

      Changing employees to 1099 to save a buck and get out of paying federally required drive time pay is called misclassification and is illegal! Your number #1 problem that is THE root of 95% off all your problems, is the BIG person in charge. They gatekeep the few smart talented people to only positions below them, so they doesn't get shown up by them fixing everything that's been broke for years that they themselves should have already fixed.
