Pros

Before starting at Ethika, I read some reviews describing it as a toxic workplace, but my experience has been the complete opposite. I joined the team earlier this year around the Memorial Day sale, and from day one, the entire department and Ethika staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. They took the time to help me learn their systems, which really speaks to the supportive, team-focused culture here. I work closely with several directors, and we’ve all meshed incredibly well. Our e-commerce team is especially tight-knit—we always have each other’s backs, but we also hold one another to the highest standards. Ethika clearly prioritizes keeping high performers working with other high performers, which creates a driven, productive environment where the best work gets done. While not everyone’s perfect, everyone steps up and gives their best effort when it matters. I love working at Ethika because it allows me to be creative while also collaborating with people who know how to adapt and compromise so the team always wins. It’s been a truly rewarding experience to work somewhere where everyone’s on the same page and striving toward the same goals.

Cons

Honestly, I don’t see any cons worth mentioning. Having worked in several organizations and with a lot of experience under my belt, I know what a poorly run company looks like—and Ethika is far from that. The leadership here is solid, the team dynamic is strong, and the expectations are clear. If you’re driven, creative, and willing to work hard, I’d highly recommend working here. It’s been nothing but a positive experience for me.

Pros

Very relaxed laid back space. Can be considered a good or bad thing

Cons

No room for growth and the CEO Matt Cook is a tad delusional..no recognition will be given for your work you are a tool to be used then you go home.
