      As the name would suggest, the owners/investors always try to do the right thing for customers and employees. Thus, it is a welcoming, comfortable workplace. The company provides something sorely needed in today's world, ethics education materials - without dragging the learner through thousands of years of the progression of thought about "What is an ethical act?"

      Cons

      The sales cycle tends to be long.

      Pros

      There are 20 days vacation for all employees which is a great benefit if you have time to talk a vacation.

      Cons

      Family run company that is not run like a business. Executives don't treat employees well and don't have the knowledge to make the company successful.
