      Pros

      Absolutely dynamic group of people to work with. Some of the most talented individuals one could ever hope to work wtih.

      Cons

      Senior Management is struggling. Morale is in the toilet. They just fired 3 of the most amazing people due to "organizational changes." which is a complete joke since they were the glue holding a significant portion of the organization together. It seems like they don't have a clue as to what they are doing and how they are going to get it done.

      Love the hours and continuous run schedule, Coworkers are top tier and supervisors are top in their profession.

      Cons

      If you don’t like working some weekends or OT this will likely not be your type of work.
