Working at an Ethics and Compliance Hotline is emotionally demanding, and we recognize that team members often interact with callers who are frustrated, distressed, or dealing with very serious situations. That work is not easy, and we acknowledge the weight that comes with supporting individuals in those moments.
We strive to be transparent throughout our hiring process about the realities of the role — from the job description to interviews and training — including call volume, the nature of the concerns reported, and performance expectations. Our intention is always to ensure candidates and new hires have a clear understanding of the position before joining the team.
That said, we take concerns about management interactions, growth opportunities, and compensation seriously. Feedback like this is reviewed internally and helps inform ongoing conversations about how we can continue to support, develop, and recognize our employees in meaningful ways.
