      Pros

      My advisor was really supportive and let me experience all aspects of the company. I was able to work with the designers, the technical designers, the sewers and the patternmakers. I was able to take away so much knowledge and I even got real assignments to do.

      None. Everyone I worked with was super friendly and supportive to me.

      Great company to work with. Fashion collections and designs were amazing. Compensation plans average and opportunity to earn was tremendous

      Work from home and on your own time. Sales tools available to promote your business. Earning potential can be great.

      Cons

      Availability of items in the line is not always the best. The later in the season one sells, the longer shoppers may have to wait for their orders.
