      They have no idea how to run a management company. The President is a predator of his employees and says very inappropriate things.

      Pros

      Love the culture, access to key players, everything feels like a team approach. Work is hard, but consistent with property management. Love feeling appreciated!

      Cons

      Smaller teams on sites is tough. Never a break for on call maintenance!
